Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds can be Obtained for unused and unopened merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. For Hygiene Purpose, we do not offer returns or refunds for used or opened products. We ensure our items are dispatched in Tamper and damage proof packaging, however if items gets damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve and/or replace with product/s.

Orders placed and paid for before 12:00noon dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched next business day. However, we process a tremendous number of orders. While we do our best.

Re-routing fees will be applied to your order if your order has already shipped and we are successful in insuring the re-routing process. A form of payment will need to be collected to successfully solidify the re-routing process.
