We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items. All sales are final.
Our products are 100% hand and hand made. Because it is a health and beauty product, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. However if the jar or bottle has arrived damaged, please let us know and we’ll replace it for you, just send us a few pictures upon arrival. If you change your mind prior to shipping, we are pleased to offer a store credit for future use.


We ship nationwide and worldwide and any orders over 70k receive free shipping within Nigeria. Delivery and processing takes about 3-5 business days, however we normally get them to you much faster than that. If there is a circumstance where you need it faster than that, please contact us. Our products are formulated with all-natural and organic ingredients, minus fillers and thickeners, so if a butter or soap melts in transit, IT IS FINE! It is still healthy, and good to use, and most importantly, the ingredients HAVE NOT CHANGED. Pop it in the fridge for a few, and bam! It’s still as luxurious as the moment we first crafted it!
