All transit times do not include PROCESSING time.  All orders require 1-2 business days to be processed after payment confirmation.  During promotional period please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be PROCESSED.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Our standard shipping carrier is DHL courier and God Is Good Logistics (GIGL). As is standard practice, DHL and the GIGL do not deliver weekends; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate anywhere from 3-5 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to upper Northern Nigeria may require 5-10 business days. All orders shipped by DHL will require a signature and confirmation of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
MEDAS BOTANICS gives a 30-day store credit, so if you should ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase within the first 30 day, for store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who purchase products from MEDAS BOTANICS website may return them by mail with ORDER number. Please email returns@medasbotanics.com. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must have an original receipt and must be returned with in the first 30 days.
