RETURN POLICY
At Medas Botanics Skincare, we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle domestic and international shipping.
Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We ship within Nigeria using DHL Courier and GIG Logistics.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Time:
- Western and Eastern States: 3 working days
- Northern States: 4-5 working days
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a waybill number to track your shipment status.
International Shipping
- Carrier: We ship internationally using DHL Courier.
- Processing Time: International orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 7 days after dispatch.
- Customs and Import Taxes: Some countries may require customers to pay taxes on imported goods. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
General Shipping Information
- Payment: After placing your order, please use your order number as the remark when making payment. Send proof of payment along with your full name, address, and phone number to ensure we process your order accurately.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, we will start processing your order immediately.
- Shipping Address: Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Notification: You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched, including a waybill number for tracking.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we will address any issues as follows:
- Wrong Product Received: If you received a wrong product, we will send you the correct product at our expense. You can keep the wrong product.
- Customer Order Error: If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, you will need to return the incorrect product at your expense. We will send the correct product once we receive the return, with shipping costs at your expense.
- Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send pictures of the damaged product within 24 hours via WhatsApp to +2349052359817 for a resolution.
