3. Terms of Sale

3.1. Order Placement

• Orders can be placed exclusively through our Website. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

3.2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept payments via Gtbank (Account Number: 032 552 6062) or other methods provided at checkout.
• Customers must send proof of payment, full name, address, and phone number to complete their order.

3.3. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are as follows:
  • Western and Eastern Nigeria: 3 working days
  • Northern Nigeria: 4–5 working days
  • International Orders: 7 days post-dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
• Orders will be dispatched via DHL for international deliveries.

3.4. Shipping and Taxes

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

3.5. Refunds and Returns

• Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
